Job Description:

CIFC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant / Toddler CDA Specialist to join our innovative Education and Training department. This role focuses on enhancing the learning and developmental experiences of infants and toddlers in line with CIFC's dedication to excellence and development. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and a nurturing approach to early childhood education, implementing evidence-based practices to support cognitive and emotional growth in the earliest stages of learning. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants and toddlers that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth Evaluate and document child progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers Collaborate with other educational staff to ensure a cohesive educational environment Attend and contribute to training sessions and staff meetings Maintain a safe, clean, and caring classroom environment Stay updated on the latest in early childhood educational theories and practices Strong understanding of child development for ages 0-3 years Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to plan, organize, and lead educational activities Proficient in observation and evaluation techniques specific to early childhood Capable of working with diverse family dynamics and needs Medical Insurance Retirement Program Required: Current Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential specialized in Infant and Toddler Development Preferred: First Aid and CPR certifications
