Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
Speech Language Pathologist is sought for a contract position in a
school setting located in Bristol, CT. This role involves
supporting students with diverse learning needs by developing and
implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and fostering
inclusive educational environments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop
and implement IEPs tailored to students with special needs. -
Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff,
and parents to ensure inclusive learning experiences. - Monitor and
assess student progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as
necessary. - Provide direct speech and language therapy services
within the educational setting. Qualifications and Experience: -
Valid state certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. -
Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or
healthcare settings. - Strong communication and teamwork skills to
effectively collaborate with educational teams and families. -
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is preferred.
Location: - Bristol, Connecticut (school-based assignment).
