This position requires frequent travel as well as evening and weekend work.Essential Functions

• Assists Head Coach in the individual skill development of student-athletes.
• Evaluates, identifies, and recruits quality student-athletes in compliance with the University, Atlantic 10, and NCAA regulations and policies.
• Complies with all NCAA, Atlantic 10 and University rules and regulations.

• Attends fundraising and community service events upon request to support the program.
• Operates University-owned or leased vehicles to transport students, staff, and/or equipment in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and insurance requirements.Required Qualifications: Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills
• Understanding and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Excellent computer skills.
• High-level organizational skills.
• Demonstrated commitment and motivation to building a successful program.
