relationships, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities of a
Direct Customer Service Representative: Respond to customer
inquiries in-person in a professional and timely manner. Provide
accurate information regarding our client's services, billing, and
promotions. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and
effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary. Process
service requests, account updates, and new customer enrollments.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company
database. Educate customers on telecom tips and available programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer
experience.
