Job Description:

Clean Harbors, a leader in North American environmental services, seeks a dedicated Utility Rep to join our Transportation & Logistics team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our mission of providing safe and sustainable environmental solutions. The Utility Rep will be responsible for the safe transport and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining the integrity of our environmental commitments. Operate vehicles for the collection and transport of waste materials. Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety protocols. Prepare and maintain transport and disposal documentation. Perform routine inspection and maintenance on company vehicles. Coordinate with customers and facility personnel to ensure efficient service delivery. Respond to emergencies as part of the spill response team. Participate in training and safety meetings. Strong operational knowledge of transportation and disposal of hazardous materials. Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety protocols. Ability to maintain accurate logs and records. Proficiency in using GPS and other routing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. DOT Medical Card OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Certification preferred
