Are you looking for an opportunity to wear many hats, move quickly to drive strategy and performance across a wide array of clients? Yes, then we have the job for you. LQ digital is looking for a Paid Search Supervisor- SEM. - You will be strategic problem solver who will manage key clients across a range of business models. You will define online marketing campaign strategy and guide a small team of digital marketing analysts to execute those strategies. -

  • You are results oriented and know how to get accounts to grow. - You will regularly identify and implement opportunities for growth, including but not limited to advertising creative and landing page optimization, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • You have the ability to translate a complex digital strategy into a clear set of executional tactics. - You will use this knowledge to direct the digital acquisition strategy and build a roadmap and account plan across your book of business. - You will be essential in developing and teaching junior team members in the ways of direct response digital media and paid search marketing.
  • You are an effective leader who will turn client strategies into outcomes through strong follow through and impeccable communication skills. You love using data to tell a story and can boil down immense amounts of data into a key piece of support for your point of view. - You have a proven track record of influencing key client contacts to achieve a positive outcome. You love tying backend data to front end data to understand a customer journey.

    • - - - - - - - Drive growth and profitability by taking an overarching marketing strategy and creating an media plan to turn it into reality
    • - - - - - - - Autonomously manage marketing portfolio to achieve client and agency growth KPIs
    • - - - - - - - Work with teams to accelerate growth through data insights and reporting
    • - - - - - - - Present insights and recommend strategies to internal and external stakeholders
    • - - - - - - - Leverage statistical & predictive analysis and let data guide campaign decisions
      BACKGROUND + EXPERIENCE
      • 4-6 years of previous digital marketing experience including paid search
      • - - - - - - - Previous experience building and leading small to mid-size teams.
      • - - - - - - - Previous experience working in client services including leading client presentations
      • - - - - - - - Effective communicator in highlighting data insights and presenting data-driven strategies
      • - - - - - - - Effective communicator with ability to create a narrative highlighting data insight and presenting data-driven strategies.
      • - - - - - - - Advanced level of experience/knowledge of Tableau, Excel, and other Business Intelligence platforms.
      • - - - - - - - Advanced level of experience in Google Ads
      • - - - - - - - Strong grasp of key performance indicators to build dashboards monitoring relevant data in Google Analytics and other analytical tools
