Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Senior
Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to
executive leaders in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
As part of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring
smooth administrative operations while demonstrating discretion.
This is a long-term contract position based in New York, New York.
Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage complex calendars,
ensuring seamless scheduling for executive leaders. • Arrange and
oversee travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and
itineraries. • Prepare and process expense reports using Concur
software with accuracy and efficiency. • Provide administrative
support to multiple executives, including Managing Directors,
Directors, and Associates. • Maintain a high standard in all
interactions, ensuring effective communication and adherence to
business etiquette. • Facilitate internal communication using tools
like Slack, ensuring timely updates and collaboration. • Assist in
creating basic PowerPoint presentations when necessary. • Handle
conference calls and meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and are
well-organized. • Manage import and export documentation with
precision and attention to detail. • Support the team in various
administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.• Minimum of
3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably
in financial services, private equity, or investment environments.
• Proficiency in using Concur for expense and travel management. •
Familiarity with Slack for internal communication and
collaboration. • Basic understanding of PowerPoint for occasional
presentation creation. • Strong organizational skills with the
ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on
professionalism. • Prior experience supporting multiple senior
executives is highly valued. • Ability to work independently while
managing competing priorities effectively.
