Office Manager to lead our office and keep our practice running

Essential Functions: Team Management: Lead and manage the office
team, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work
environment. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team
members. Training and Development: Oversee the training and
development of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge
necessary to perform their roles effectively. Recruiting:
Participate in the recruitment process, from interviewing potential
candidates to making hiring decisions, ensuring the office is
staffed with qualified and motivated individuals. Compliance and
Regulations: Ensure the office complies with all relevant laws,
regulations, and company policies, maintaining a high standard of
practice. Patient Relations: Manage patient relations, addressing
concerns and ensuring a high level of customer service is provided
at all times. Financial Management: Oversee office budgets,
billing, and financial reporting, ensuring financial goals are met.
Inventory and Supplies: Manage the inventory of office and dental
supplies, ensuring the office is fully stocked and operational at
all times. Scheduling and Workflow Management: Optimize office
scheduling and workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and patient
satisfaction. Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all patient and
office records are maintained accurately and securely, in
compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay Flexible:
Be ready to handle additional tasks as required, adapting to the
dynamic needs of the practice. Qualifications: Experience in office
management, preferably in a dental setting. Fluent in
Polish/Russian. Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in
office management software and technology. Understanding of
compliance and regulatory requirements in a healthcare setting.

can thrive. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Salary range starting
at $62,000; final offer will be determined by experience and
qualifications. Job Location: In-person; local travel between
offices may be required. Work Hours : Monday-Thursday (8:30 am - 6
pm or 9:30 am - 7 pm), Friday (8:30 am - 5 pm), Saturday (8:30 am -
4 pm)
