Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nonprofit Bookkeeper to manage client
accounts and provide bookkeeping services.
Key Responsibilities:
Support monthly close processes and reconciliations in QuickBooks
Online
Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll for clients
Generate financial reports and interact with clients via email and
Zoom
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper in the nonprofit sector
Experience managing restricted funding and complicated cost
allocations
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks
Online
Ability to manage a roster of 12-15 clients effectively
Degree in accounting or related field preferred
